Delivery Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Fees:
FREE delivery on all orders 200 AED or more.
A flat delivery fee of 20 AED applies to orders below 200 AED.

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are only accepted in the case of defective or damaged items. If you receive a product that is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes that have been opened or used are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Return:
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process.
Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method after inspection.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake or damage caused by us.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos. We’ll make it right at no additional cost.
